Refund and Returns Policy

At Love Penned, every piece of jewelry is made to order with care, especially for you. As a small business specializing in personalized gifts, we take great pride in crafting meaningful pieces that are unique to each customer. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are always here to help if something isn’t right.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take extra care in quality control, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.

To request a resolution, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lovepenned.com.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Since each piece is made to order and many are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders due to customer input
  • Personalized items with custom names, dates, or messages

We kindly ask that you review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Because we begin crafting your jewelry shortly after you place your order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we are unable to cancel orders as production has already started.
